Jessica developed the Headwaters Realty Community Engagement Program in 2014 with a focus on the impact areas of Education and the Environment. She has led or helped lead all of the Headwaters Realty volunteer projects since 2014.

 

She also manages all of our business partnerships including the United Way of Larimer County Business Cares Membership and ClimateWise.

Jessica is originally from Texas and moved to Fort Collins in order to attain her Masters Degree in International Development Anthropology from Colorado State University.  Go RAMS!

 

Jessica loves Northern Colorado and is passionate about giving back to the community. Since beginning her career in community engagement in 2009, she has organized over 200 volunteer projects! She is always looking for new nonprofits to partner with for our 5 or more volunteer projects per year.

Fun facts: Jessica was a collegiate cross country and track runner for a Division 1 University (SMU). She still runs today, but is mostly running pushing both her sons (3 years old and 10 months old) in a double stroller. She is getting back into racing after the birth of her youngest son, so look for her at the local races! Jessica's favorite things to do are spending time with her husband and two boys, reading, hiking, running and playing air hockey.
